The pull up bar is in every fitness gym. To use it you hang from it and pull yourself up towards it. This workout is one of the best options for building strength and size in the back muscles (and biceps)

Olympic weight bench

Standard plate

Standard weight plates can be used by themselves or with a barbell for squats,  deadlifts, and lunges. They come in a variety of weights and are typically between 5 and 45 lbs

Olympic weight plate

The Olympic weight plate is similar to the standard weight plate except for the hole is larger allowing the plate to take higher loads. Only to be used with Olympic bar.
